Root Down resident selector Wyatt Case has mixed a classic with his "Eclectic Relaxation" disc. Down tempo grooves, nu-jazz, hip-hop, funk and soul blend seamlessly into a tapestry of soothing goodness. This is the mix party people have been playing after the club, if you get my drift. Artists include RJD2, Jay Dee, Sly Stone, Amp Fiddler, Sade, Dwele, Kanye West and an incredible Kenny Dope remix of the Jackson 5. In a very short amount of time this mix has already become a favorite in the LA underground. The captivating artwork was done by Kofie, one of LA's illest graff artists.
