| Additional Information |
Five emcees...one voice. Pugslee Atomz, Infinito, Cosmo Galactus, Thaione Davis, and Psalm One hail from the South Side of Chicago and comprise the Nacrobats crew. These four men and one woman carry a ten-year track record of intense stage shows that retain a uniform sense of rhythm and rhyme. The number of solo albums released by Nacrobat members has topped thirty-five, with some garnering worldwide distribution.
The crew has shared the bill with hip-hop icons Big Daddy Kane, Souls of Mischief, Method Man, Redman, Heiroglyphics, Slum Village, and up-and-comers Roots Manuva, Blackalicious, El-P (Def Jux), and Atmosphere. They have also been on the bill with jazz sensations Julie Dexter, David Boykin, and Fertile Ground.
The Nacrobats have recently finished recording their third full-length album, entitled "All Ways." The new album is slated for a May release with a kick-offparty at Chicago's House of Blues, when the crew will open for hip-hop legendsDe La Soul. Spring 2003 marks the the Nacrobats' "ALL WAYS" European Tour, which begins in Amsterdam in late March and moves through London, Paris, Berlin, and Brussels in April. After the release party, the next several weeks seethe Nacrobats touring the West Coast with a three-week long California tour.
